Wireless Russian official: The Roumanians, for strategical reasons, withdrew towards Soveja, taking up a I new position. They repulsed attacks in the Sniohit/a valley. The Germans ! renewed the offensive in the direction of Foesani, and the Rnsso-Ronman-iaiis retired north-eastward. The Turks, together with several thousand Kurds, took the offensive on Tuesday in the direction of Kharput. but wore repulsed everywhere, with the exception of in the region of Mount Halbusdate. The enemy mined and destroyed a torpedoer at Aland Archipelago. A German official message states: Northward of Straoani and Pancin Rnsso-Roiiiinanian attacks tailed. We dislodged the enemy on the west hank of the Sereth, taking prisoner 3.3-31 and capturing 16 guns.
