ENEMY PUT TO FLIGHT, GOOD WORK BY AUSTRALASIAN MOUNTEDS. The High Commissioner reports : London, June 1 (4.30 p.m.) The general commanding in Egypt reports that the Australian and New Zealand mounted troops carried out another successful enterprise on Wednesday morning, delivering an attack o.i an enemy post at Bir Salaamna, twenty miles from Katia. The enemy was compelled to abandon his camp, and was driven- eastwards with considerable losses. Our aeroplanes took over pursuit Com the mounted troops, and bombed the" flying enemy inflicting further casualties.
