The local office of the Northern Steamship Company has .been informed that the Rarawa failed to cross the bar yesterday, and consequently the trip has been abandoned. The Regains arrived from Onehunga at 7 o’clock this morning with 175 tons of Paparoa coal. The vessel left in the afternoon for Nelson.
