Roumania
READY FOR ACTION. : ! J AN AGREEMENT WITH BULGARIA Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, June 18. A correspondent, writing from Bucharest, says that since„the outbreak of war Roumania has recognised that she must sooner or later participate in the struggle under pain of forfeiting, perhaps for ever, the realisation of her national programme. Roumania is ready to take immediate action, but a satisfactory arrangement with Bulgaria would be a desirable preliminary. Bulgaria has already given a written assurance to observe a friendly neutrality.
