Flu* Mexican special envoy lias arrived to thank the Japanese for attendance at the Centennial celebrations. The newspapers display unusual enthusiasm over the visit. Mr Anvell, with emphasis, alleged the identity of the stock of Mexicans and Japanese, who claim that perhaps this discloses reon anti-American r®s»entinont of Mexico and Japanese.
