GROSSL’S STATEMENT AT THE ENQUIRY. MERELY A COAL DEALER. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, December G. Grossl, at the enquiry, stated that ho wanted information for a book to enable German merchants to oiler coal wherever there was a shortage. He told the commissioner that ho would possibly send the latter to other seaports to complete enquiries.
