Boundaries for Local Events will be the Whangamoraona County. Competitors to have resided within the said boundary for three mouths before date of sports. 4. Each Competitor must send per fonnances for last two years, if none within that time the last three performances. The Secretary will not be responsible for performances sent in last year 5.
