The “Novoe Vremya” says Bogroff was an accomplice of,- Mburaviff who committed suicide early last September after being delegated to murder M. _ Stolypin.; : . ,>). ,y The chief of the secret police had accepted Bogroff’s proposal to effect a sensational arrest of (b® other conspirators at a theatre, but M. Stolypin had not been informed of his plans.
