RABBITSKIN SALE

Values Generally Firmer (Special) DUNEDIN, November 20. At today’s rabbitskin sale approximately 58 tons were offered to the usual bench of buyers. The bulk of the offering comprised summers, summer broken and summer milky does. There was a good demand, and with the exception of summers values as compared with the previous auction can be quoted generally at 3d to 6d per lb firmer. The following is the official range of prices:

Spring bucks 85d to 90d, spring does 105 d to 108 d, stained does llOd to Hid, summers 78d to 83 J /ad. First milky does lOld to 106 d, second milky does 88d to 91d, second broken 106 d to 108 d, summer broken 88d to 93%d. Summer blacks 56d to 58d, summer fawns 56d. First hareskins 60d, second hareskins 50d.

Horsehair 24d to 30d. First large ferrets 10/- to 12/6, second large ferrets 3/- to 8/-, 'inferior 3d. First white ferrets 4/6 to 8/6. First stoats 8/- to 8/4.
