(Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 9. Russia will not be given access to the atomic bomb secrets, says the Washington correspondent of The New York Times. If this becomes a problem it will be dealt with on the principles established by the Russians themselves. It was recalled that there was little ex- . change of information on Russia’s part after Russia and America joined Britain in the war against Germany.
