N.Z. NAVAL OFFICERS GAIN AWARDS
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 8. The following naval awards were reported today:— ( mention in Dispatches Lieutenant (A) H. Morrison, R.N.Z. N.V.R. (posthumous); Titahi Bay. Lieutenant D. S. Hart, R.N.Z.N.V.R.; Wellington. Lieutenant Morrison’s award was for service in an air strike on Kilbotn in Norway last May and Lieutenant Hart’s for services in establishing order at Kythera in January and February last. Lieutenant Morrison had been mentioned in dispatches previously.
