N.Z. OARSMEN COMPETE AT GREENWICH
(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, August 7. The day after competing at Hammersmith regatta in the eights, a New Zealand four comprised of Durie, Maclean, Macdonald and McLernon, rowed at Greenwich regatta. It won the first heat, but was defeated in the final. R. W. G. Alexander won the single sculls event. At Hammersmith he won his heat, but lost the final. ,
