REGIONAL PLANNING COUN-
ClL.— The Southland Regional Planning Council will meet at the City Council Chambers at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow to hear an address by Dr E. Marsden, head of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research. It is expected that matters of considerable interest and importance to Southland will be discussed.
