HITLER’S PLANS FOR BRITAIN
(Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. The German High Command’s huge redbound document on the military administration of England has fallen into British hands, says the Hamburg correspondent of the Associated Press of America. It Revealed that Hitler planned to complete the occupation of England before September 9, 1940, 14 weeks after Dunkirk. The' conquered country was to be transformed into Germany’s main war workshop. The entire male population between 17 and 45 would have been deported to the Continent as soon as possible after Britain’s defeat in order to prevent sabotage. British men presumably would have been used as slave labour. German workers were to be rushed to Britain to keep the war machine operating with the minimum interruption.
