DEATH FROM INJURIES
Woman Struck By Car (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 29. A woman who was struck by a motor-car at Sockburn on Friday evening died in the Christchurch Public Hospital early this morning. The victim was Ivy Ellen Corboy, a member of the WAAF stationed at Wigram. She suffered head and leg injuries and was admitted to the hospital at 10.5 p.m. on Friday.
