ACTION IN ARCTIC: Four United States coastguard cutters operating in Arctic waters smashed a determined Nazi effort to establish bases in Greenland. A Navy communique says the coastguard cutters sank a German armed trawler, captured another and found a third abandoned. Sixty prisoners were taken. .(Washington.)
