LAND SALES—A total of 31 applications was considered by the Southland Land Sales Committee yesterday. Nineteen applications were granted. The consideration price of a business premises in Invercargill was reduced from £2500 to £lB5O, the price of a residence in Bluff from £725 to £650 and the price of a residence in Invercargill from £1250 to £ll6O. Eleven cases were set down for later hearings and one case was held over.
