WAGE STABILIZATION
CITY COUNCIL LOSING EMPLOYEES A request for authority to increase salaries in certain cases is to be made by the City Council to the wage stabilization authorities. This was decided by the council at its meeting last night when the Works Committee reported that the council was losing employees because it had been refused permission to increase salaries.
