Mills), the challengers, were beaten by Central (G, L. Smart, T. Darnill, H. Pierce and C. Hughes), the holders, by 23 points to 12. The next challengers are Invercargill R.S.A. and Aparima R.S.A. SOUTHLAND DIGGERS’ CUP MATCH The first challenge match for the Southland Diggers’ Cup was also played on the Central green last night, Central (L. O’Sullivan, J. Fowler, J. Doherty and J. Harvey/ were beaten by Aparima R.S.A. (A, Murray, D. Alexander, W. McMurtrie and J. Stirling) by 25 points to 14, The next challengers are Invercargill R.S.A. TENNIS DRAW FOR MATCHES NEXT SATURDAY The draw for tennis matches to be played next Saturday is as follows:— 4 Grade—lnvercargill v. St. Mary’s, at St. Mary’s; Rugby Park v.
