(Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 4. “France demands reparations in kind from Germany to compensate for damage to French industry,” said M. Rene Pleven, the French Finance Minister, over the Limoges radio. “We shall not be so foolish as at the end of the last war,” he said. “We shall not ask for marks which will mysteriously be frozen for many years.
