HARD-UP BALL.—A hard-up ball was held at Bluff to raise funds for the Bluff Citizens’ and Services’ Committee for the entertainment of servicemen returning from overseas. There was a large attendance, and the opportunity was taken by the Mayor, Mr N. W. McGorlick, to welcome home 11 men. Each received a donation from, the committee.
