UNRRA.— Dr Frank Munk, a Czechoslovak, has been appointed director of the United Nations Relief, and Rehabilitation Administration training centre to be inaugurated at the University of Maryland to provide a brief training course for Unrra personnel. The work of the training centre will begin in April. (Rugby).
