BACK TO CAVALRY
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, June 7. Since the German Army commandeered all horses oxen have drawn brewers’ drays in Breslau, says a Swiss report. The shortage of horses is acute throughout occupied Europe. The Nazis seized 55,000 from France alone. The German Army began enlarging its cavalrv units last winter after the Russians had proved then’ military value.
