PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of the “Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928” and the “Rating Act, 1925” and amendments thereto, the Otatara-Wallacetown Rabbit Board, at a meeting to be held in West Plains Hall, West Plains at 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 24th June, 1942, intends to make and levy a general rate of 4d per acre on all rateable property in the district for the period commencing Ist April, 1942 and ending 31st March, 1943, payable in one sum on Thursday, 2nd July, 1942.
