Change Coming (Special) WELLINGTON, May 31. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Moderate northerly winds predominating. The weather fair to fine with cool to moderate temperatures; a change to south-westerly winds with occasional showers later. The weather in Invercargill during the week-end was fine and sunny. There were heavy frosts on Satitrday and Sunday mornings and sunny days followed. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was calm and clear. There was a heavy frost.
