NAZI OFFICIAL DISMISSED—BerIin radio says that Herr Kleinmann, Secretary of State to the Ministry of Communications, has resigned owing to illhealth. The Daily Telegraph recalls that Hitler in his speech to the Reichstag on April 26 promised that the German State railways would next winter discharge their duties better. (London).
