E Company parade at 200 yards mound Otatara Rifle Range at 9.30 a.m. F Company will report at Otatara Range at 1.30 p.m. Own rations and transport. Wednesday, 3rd June, 1942 —Guardsmen from H.Q., A, B. C, and D Companies who have not yet been issued with uniforms will parade at Bn. Q.M. Store, Dee Street at 7 p.m. sharp. During week ending 6th June there will be an emergency mobilization with full equipment and transport. Companies will take up positions in defence areas allotted to them. Rifle Club members to meet on Sunday at Power Board, Leven Street, and Andrew Lees, Wood Street at 8.30 a.m.
