JAPANESE AMBASSADOR RESIGNS

(Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 28. Tokyo radio announced that General Yoshitsugu Tatekawa, Japanese Ambassador to Moscow has resigned because of ill-health. He will be succeeded by Mr Naotake Suto, at present adviser to the Foreign Office.
