MANY TIMES BRIGHTER THAN SUN

CAMBRIDGE (Massachusetts), Feb. 28. The discovery of a remarkable red star, estimated to be a hundred times brighter than the sun has been reported to Harvard Observatory. The star, which is of the ninth magnitude, is invisible to the naked eye. It was first seen on January 18 by Mr R. Jonckhecrc, astronomer of Marseilles, France.
