Fair Conditions (Special) WELLINGTON, January 23. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Moderate winds from a southerly quarter; the weather cloudy with moderate temperatures. Further outlook fair. The weather in Invercargill yesterday was cool and overcast. There was practically no wind. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was mild and overcast. The barometer reading was 30.13 in (rising).
