TRANSFERS OF LAND
At a meeting of the Southland Land Board the Commissioner of Crown Lands (Mr T. Cagney), who presided, reported that the Governor-General had reappointed Messrs D. Faulkner and J. O’Shannessy as members of the board. The following transfers were approved:— Lot 60, Block I, township of Marakura (D.P. 280), area 2 roods, James William Crust to Sylvia Louisa Martha Baker.
Lot 61 Block I, township of Mara-
kura (D.P. 280), area 2 roods, Helen Florence Crust to Sylvia Louisa Martha Baker.
Section 2 and Pt. 18, Block IV., Tuturau S.D., area 176 ac 3r 24p, Donald Wight to Peter Farquharson Rattray and John Alexander Rattray. Lot 1 of Section 25 Block XV, Invercargill Hundred, area 2r 08p, Southland Building Society and Bank of Deposit (mortgagee in possession Arthur Edwin Butt) to Catherine Edith Myers.
