BREAD JUDGES’ REPLY
(P.A.) NELSON, November 25. Commenting on statements arising from their remarks on the New Zealand championship bread competition, the Nelson show judges said they were not concerned with the question of nutritive value, but only with show points, such as the general appearance, colour and texture of loaves. All the exhibits received full marks for flavour.
