TROTTING CLUB’S APPEAL FOR SECRETARY
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, November 25. A decision to adjourn the case until the first sitting in April has been given by the Auckland Area Man-Power Committee in an appeal by the Auckland Trotting Club for a postponement of the service of its secretary, Alfred Ernest Forrest, for at least 12 months. The committee instructed the club to make every endeavour to train or find a substitute for the reservist before the case was reconsidered in April.
