£100 FOR NATIONAL SAVINGS
A decision to transfer the sum of £lOO from its accumulated funds to a National Savings account was made at a meeting of the Southland Storemen’s Union last night. The district organizer of the National Savings movement (Mr W. G. Nield) recently sent a circular to all trade unions appealing to them to support the movement by transferring such sums as they could to savings accounts.
