RED CROSS COMMITTEE TO VISIT BRITAIN
(8.0.W.) RUGBY, November 13. Professor Karl Burckhardt, vicechairman of the International Red Cross Committee and members of the committee will arrive in Britain in the near future on one of the visits made periodically by the committee to the British Red Cross. They will discuss all those matters which come within the wide scope of Red Cross work, including searching for missing men, measures for the relief of the civilian population suffering from air-raids, the ■ ’orking of the Red Cross postal scheme and the general conditions of prisoners of war.
