R.S.A. BUILDING FUND
RADIO APPEAL DONATIONS On the occasion of the community sing in the Civic Theatre on October 23 to raise funds for the Invercargill R.S.A. building extension fund, the president of the association, Dr A. W. Owen-Johnston, made an appeal over the radio for donations to the fund. As a result a sum of nearly £76 was promised. All those who promised have not yet sent in their donations possibly because they did not know where to forward them. As’ the organizers of the fund would like to have this particular subscription list completed, those who have not yet paid promised donations are asked to forward them as soon as possible to the secretary, Returned Services Association, Invercargill. When the list is complete all donations will be acknowledged in the newspapers.
