All that portion of WANAKA STATION owned by Tile late Sir PERCY SARGOOD, Containing 1326 Acres 1 Rood 36 Poles FREEHOLD LAND. The above area of land comprises all of the station property situated west of the Cardrona road, and includes Thompson’s. Homestead, Copse and Lake Front Blocks.
