MOVE TO FACILITATE BRITISH BUYING
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 12. The Lend-Lease machinery is likely to be changed to facilitate British purchases throughout the world without the need of dollar exchange, says the Journal of Commerce Washington correspondent. The cost will be charged to Britain’s Lend-Lease account with the United States and secured by British assets in the Western Hemisphere.
