MAGISTRATE’S COURT
THURSDAY (Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) Judgment was given for plaintiffs by default with costs in the following undefended civil cases:—Hallenstein Brothers v. A. Orme (Invercargill) for £2/2/-, costs £l/8/6; George McKenzie v. E. Hussey (Mill Road) for £1 11/-, costs 15/-; Richard Harris v. J. M. Markey (Invercargill) for £B/4/6, costs £l/12/6. On a judgment summons E. W. Hoffman was ordered to pay lan Russell Anderson (Dunedin) the sum of £1 13/9 forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment.
