TURKISH CONSUL FOUND DEAD
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 21. Ali Mehmet Yukselen, Turkish' Con-sul-General in New York, was found dead in his apartment. The police said he had evidently committed suicide.
