4 Fair To Fine (Special) WELLINGTON, July 29. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office. Wellington:— Moderate and variable winds. The weather fair to fine but cold. Fine weather was experienced in Invercargill yesterday with brilliant sunshine throughout the day. At 1 o’clock this morning the weather was fine and cold. The barometer reading was 30.20 in (falling).
