DEMONSTRATION IN H. & J. SMITH’S WINDOWS
“Don’t Move your Carpet—The new Electric Foam Shampoo treatment will clean it thoroughly in your own home.” This is the welcome news now being broadcast to Southland housewives by H. & J. Smith’s Ltd., where the remarkable new machine has now arrived and is already in active operation. The machine gives carpets an electrical shampoo and the treatment lifts all the dirt, releases matted nap and restores original lustre and colour. Charges are most reasonable— Hearthrugs 5/-; Carpets, 9x9, 17/-; 9 x 10ft 6, 21/-; 9 x 12, 23/-; 12 x 10ft 6, 27/-.
There is no need to shift furniture or even lift a tack from the carpets. The machine comes to the home and there is no miss and no fuss. All types of carpets are successfully treated—from Mats to Persians.
The machine is in Invercargill for a short time only and orders are being completed in rotation. A demonstration of the machine in action will be given in H. & J.
