COLD MEAT KEDGEREE Chop cold meat into dice and measure 1 cup. Fry 1 tablespoon grated onion in 1 tablespoon margarine or good dripping, then add 1| cups boiled rice, 2 hard-boiled and finely-chopped eggs, 1 teaspoon curry powder, the cold meat, and i cup left-over gravy. Season with pepper and salt and if lilted a little grated lemon rind. Lastly add 1 dessertspoon finely-chopped parsley and serve piping hot.
