FRANCO MAKES CHANGES IN SPAIN
(Rec. 11.45 p.m.) MADRID, May 19. General Franco, continuing his administrative changes, relieved of their functions the head of the Spanish Press and Propaganda Departments. No new appointments have been announced. A message from Lisbon says that according to a report from Madrid the Foreign Minister, Senor Ramon Serrano Suner, submitted his resignation, but General Franco refused to accept it.
