GERMAN SHIPS TRY TO RUN BLOCKADE

(Rec. 11.45 p.m.) SANTIAGO, May 19. The Erlangen, the fifth German ship to leave Chilean ports at the weekend, sailed for an unknown destination with a cargo of coal and cereals. The Rkakotis sailed from Antofagasta and the Frankfurt sailed from Concepcion. These, with the Quito and Bogota, are apparently making an effort to run the British blockade.
