DUBLIN, May 15. “God only knows what our circumstances will be if the war lasts several years,” said Mr Sean O’Kelly, Minister of Finance, in the Dail Eireann. “Our people are living a hand-to-mouth existence. I don’t know where the revenue will come from after nine or 10 months unless the shipping position changes.”
