DEVILLED SARDINES

Remove skins from 1 tin sardines and put on a buttered tin. Mix % teaspoon curry powder and J teaspooti mustard with a little salt and pepper and lemon juice. Spread over sardines and place under griller for a few minutes. Dish up on squares of btittered toast, sprinkle with a little more lemon juice and finely-chopped parsley, and serve piping hot.
