RAJAH’S GIFT.— The Rajah of Sarawak (Sir Charles Brooke) has offered a gift of 1,000,000 dollars to the British Government as a further contribution towards the cost of the war. Lord Moyne, the Colonial Secretary, has cabled his acceptance of the gift, which is the third from this source. The rajah has already given 1,500,000 dollars. (London.) MORE MEN TO REGISTER— Men born between January 1 and December 31, 1921, are to register under the National Service (Armed Forces) Acts. (London.)
