MAGISTRATE’S COURT
WEDNESDAY
(Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) Arnold George Shaw (Mr Gordon Reed), a share-milker, of Tuatapere, claimed from Bernard Claude Horrell (Mr B. W. Hewat), a farmer, of Te Tua, the sum of £5O representing portion of the returns from butterfat payments allegedly due to him while he was in the defendant’s employment. The case was partly heard when counsel announced that arrangements had been made to settle the matter out of Court.
