x The Southland Table Tennis Association’s annual tournament was continued last evening when the men s B grade singles championship _ and the men’s A and B grade handicaps were held. The B grade championships imal was played between R. Anderson (Star) and R. Fearn (Union), Anderson winning 21-15, 21-18. Anderson had a better variety of shots than Feam and thoroughly deserved his win. The games in this competition were particularly interesting and the spectators saw many fine contests. The A grade handicap was won by D. Hamilton (Wright, Stephenson and Co.) and the B grade handicap by W. Young (Southern). The events to be held tonight are the men’s and women’s B grade, doubles championships and a men’s and women’s open handicap competition.
